An open-air sanctuary of large-scale sculpture woven into Tulum's living landscape. At its heart stands the iconic 33-foot wooden figure "Ven a la Luz" by South African artist Daniel Popper — permanently installed within the Ahau complex in October 2021.
This is a place to wander without a map, to let art and nature speak together.
Cacao
Ceremony
Rooted in the ancient traditions of Mesoamerica, ceremonial cacao has been used for thousands of years as a heart-opening medicine—a way to slow down, come inward, and reconnect with what matters most.
Guided by a skilled facilitator, each ceremony begins with intention. The raw cacao is prepared in the traditional manner and shared in community, accompanied by music, breathwork, and space for reflection.
Whether you arrive seeking clarity, celebration, or simply a deeper experience of the present moment, the cacao ceremony at Ahau offers something rare—a genuine pause within the rhythm of the coast.

Café
Founded in 2015 alongside Hotel Ahau, Sun Love Café has been a beacon of conscious, plant-based cuisine on Tulum's shore. Superfood smoothies and bowls, raw vegan desserts, medicinal elixirs, adaptogens, organic coffee, and ceremonial cacao — all made with fresh coconut and almond milk, prepared in-house daily.
